Each item is prepared with care and many of our products are personalized, handcrafted, engraved, or made to order. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on the product and order volume.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
Personalized and custom-made items may require additional processing time.
During holidays, product launches, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will make every effort to communicate them.
Shipping Times
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed and may vary based on destination, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Taffakur Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and requires reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
Taffakur Studio is not responsible for:
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Delivery delays due to weather, natural disasters, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control
If your package is lost in transit, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim when applicable.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Taffakur Studio is not responsible for delays related to customs clearance or unpaid import fees.
