REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Taffakur Studio, every item is created with intention and prepared specifically for each customer. Many of our products are personalized, handcrafted, printed, or made to order.

For this reason, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Exceptions

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error with your order, please contact us within 1 day of delivery at taffakurpublications@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

If the issue is determined to be our error or the result of damage during transit, we will work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution, in sha Allah.

Personalization

By submitting personalization details, you confirm that:

• All names, spellings, dates, and wording are correct
• You have reviewed capitalization, punctuation, and formatting
• You understand that engraving and placement may vary slightly depending on the product

Personalization will be completed exactly as submitted unless otherwise discussed.

Taffakur Studio is not responsible for customer-entered spelling errors, incorrect personalization details, or mistakes submitted during checkout.

Order Cancellations

Because many orders enter production shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Handcrafted Products

Each item is individually crafted and may contain slight variations in engraving, wood grain, color, fabric texture, printing, or placement. These variations are a natural part of handmade and personalized products and are not considered defects.

Product Photography & Color Disclaimer

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors, engraving appearance, and product details may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

Variations may occur due to:

• Monitor, phone, and tablet display settings
• Screen brightness and color calibration
• Product photography lighting
• Natural variations in materials and handcrafted production

Lifestyle and styled product photos are intended to demonstrate the product in use and may include props not included with your purchase unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Minor differences in color, tone, grain, texture, printing, or engraving appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that slight variations between product photographs and the final product may occur.
